Kenner, Chairman of Barnwell County First Steps to School Readiness Partnership, a South Carolina Nonprofit Corporation (the “Corporation”), hereby calls a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation to be held at 110 Franklin Street, Barnwell, South Carolina or via zoom (https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81689767701?pwd=Fe4fgRpGGkJppVbWKM9aGINfADFLWw.1), at 4:30 o’clock p.m. on February 11, 2025, for the purpose of considering and voting upon the amendments to the Bylaws of the Corporation, and conducting such other business as may come before the meeting.
